The building will be realized in Siena, in Strada Massetana-Roman, next to A1 highway connection. The building has been designed to host multiple functions: inside there are two cinemas for 400 seats each, large commercial and shopping spaces , offices, health spa, restaurants and bars. The total area is about 9500 square meters, distributed on three levels. All the floors are connected by a gallery which hosts the vertical and horizontal connections . The bulding is equipped with parking for 250 cars. The cover floor is a wide and projecting “shelter” to protect both the building and users.
