Residential block of duplex apartments, each one equipped with an attic and a small garden of private use. The project consists of two buildings with three apartments each. The buildings are symmetrical and lay on a sloping lot.The apartments are separated by a paved courtyard where the access to the apartments and to the carports are located. The external walls are finished in bricks and are only interrupted by openings and loggias, covered with canopies made of steel and glass. The interior elevations, facing each other, are plastered and painted with soft colors so as to maximize the reflection of daylight.
