The area is strongly influenced by the presence of the motorway with a consequent emergence of many marginal activities that caused a significant degradation of the surrounding environment and landscape. Morphologically, the project is characterized by linear blocks of medium height and by large interior spaces that constitute the common areas. The blocks are laid out so as to give space to large gardens and courtyards. On the side along the road the building is more closed, as if it was surrounded by a stretch of urban walls.
